Install AD Tool on Win10 in offline mode

First of all, download FOD (Feature on Demands) ISO. Then mount the ISO as CD-ROM drive.

After that, open command prompt with admin privilege, and run below command.

dism /online /add-capability /capabilityname:Rsat.ActiveDirectory.DS-LDS.Tools~~~~0.0.1.0 /limitaccess /source:d: /norestart

Done.
